Day 188 – Cooking class – stuffed rocoto

Cooking classes at our Spanish School. Learning to make a typical Peruvian dish, stuffed rocotos, a green pepper stuffed with mince cooked with fried in egg white at the bottom. Muy rico (very tasty).
