Day 183 – Local at a chicheria, Cusco

Our Spanish school takes us to visit the ‘real Cusco’ to outer underprivileged areas of Cusco after class on this day. One of the stops was to visit a local chicheria, a drinking establishment where Chicha is served. A corn beer made from maize in a earthen pot using very traditional processes. A local regular sat behind us as we tried it. Such character & expression on his face and obviously loves his chicha, so I drummed up the courage to ask him in Spanish if I could take his photo.
