Day 149 – Michelle’s day in Potosi

I am posting 2 photos of this day as Ben and I experienced 2 entirely different things in Potosi. My day in Potosi was visiting the 16th century San Franscisco church which has the oldest monastery in Bolivia with Jude a kiwi I met from our trip. We climbed up to the top of the roof to seek stunning views of the city and Cerro Rico mountain. Afterwards we ended up in the local mercado stumbling on the fresh butcher stalls and a ute filled with cow heads and offal. Loving Bolivia!
