Day 148 – Uyuni to Potosi by bus

After a memorable 3 days across the altiplano and salt flats we overnight at the frontier desert town Uyuni for a hot shower pizza and beer with the group. Nobbies continue to the next destination, a mining town called Potosi, one of the highest towns in the world at 4100m. Our first Bolivian bus is only 4 hours long but a spectacular climb dodging wild llamas along the way.
