Day 226 – San Cristobal & Kicker Rock

Our last full day around the islands and we sail to San Cristobal and take a morning hike up the hill for gorgeous views at Punta Pitt. One of the best diving and snorkelling is at Kicker Rocks, large peaks jutting out of the sea and is famous for the larger marine life. We see graceful eagle rays, lots of sharks (far too many for my liking!), turtles and more sea lions. Awesome day with perfect weather. The crew put on a farewell Ecuadorian lunch and we anchor at the main town Puerto Baquerizo Moreno for the night. Nobbies head to shore to look for a hostel for the next few nights. We savour every minute left on this catamaran.
