Day 181 – Discouraging jaywalkers, Cusco

Cusco council have hired these actors to discourage jaywalking on the main street. There are 4 of them cracking their whips as they wander up and down the median strip. Haven’t seen any whipping per se but no one game to cross the road. More of an awareness program. Had to laugh watching the school kids playing chicken with them this afternoon.
