Day 55 – Trek to Laguna Torre

A day trek to Laguna Torre, El Chalten. Easier 8 hour return to a glacial lagoon. Got lucky again with the skies clearing at the end of the afternoon to witness spectacular views of Cerro Torre standing 3102m. The trail heads are at the end of town making it a treat to return to the hostel for a hot shower & a rewarding cerveza (or 2).
